A Relaxing Yin Yoga / Sound Session is on offer at the beautiful space of Spanda Yoga.
This is an offering of a deeper, more restorative class accompanied with nurturing sound.
Using relaxing, long yin held postures, Laura guides into a space of the principles of: rest, regeneration, and restoring balance. Alongside Cassie with the gentle sounds of tibetan bowls, symphonic gong and chimes, there is an invitation for soothing relaxation and a space for stillness, peace and calm. This opens the possibility for tension and energy stagnation that accumulates over time to be released.

About the Organisers
Laura Cargill is a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia. She welcomes people of all ages, stages and levels of physical ability. Peace, tranquility and love can be experienced by everybody. Being a mother of three vibrant teenagers teaches Laura to be patient, centred and honest – three qualities essential in all other aspects of life. She sees how these qualities are reinforced with yoga practice.
Cassie Haywood of Soul Spirit Sound is passionate about sharing the relaxing, soothing sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Symphonic Gong & Chimes because of the personal experience of peace they have brought her. Cassie is a qualified Tibetan Sound Balancing Practitioner from the Light Spirit Centre and also has a Sound Healing qualification from the Academy of Ancient Wisdoms. She is is a Reiki 1 Practitioner, has a bachelor of Social Work Degree and loves yin yoga.
