Yoga Nidra

This YogaNidra experience will involve a deep guided relaxation practice which quietens the mind, the body and the emotions. In Shavasana pose you will access a deeper level of awareness beyond wake and sleep using body awareness. This will allow you to let go, becoming relaxed and rejuvenated.

Delivered by Hara from Mindfulness Hara; an experienced meditation teacher and Masters qualified counsellor at Spanda Yoga School.
