Join us for this special heart gathering of Cacao Yoga & Meditation.

A journey of Deep Listening and nourishing through gentle yin yoga. We slow down to really hear and allow the wisdom of the body and the light of the heart to be seen, heard and deeply felt.

As a group we set an intention for inner transformation and the revelation of the Spiritual Heart. We invite the Spirit of cacao to join us on a journey into the Heart. Through group practices and silent contemplation we allow the gentleness of cacao to support us in releasing tensions of the mind, body and heart.

What to Expect

We’ll drink a creative dose of ceremonial cacao before practicing yin and gentle hatha yoga poses to open the heart and relax the body. Expect a journey, a deeply nurturing and nourishing Sunday morning and an interesting way to connect to yourself with echoes to last throughout the week.

Spanda School is the home to the original Freo Cacao Yoga, started 2 years ago by Lani Noble. Lani has spent the past years diving into the heart space and into the ceremonial uses of cacao during her time living in Guatemala. Her style of yoga, and her connection to the cacao spirit are an authentic, powerful mix that take everyone deep into what they need in the moment.

Lani Noble is a lover of life and the wonderment of simple things. Dedicated to a life of deep inner enquiry she has an insatiable thirst for truth, nature and sharing the message of the Heart through yoga, meditation, ceremonial cacao, photography and writing. Her yoga classes are a fusion of yin and gentle Hridaya Hatha yoga accessible for all, from beginner to advanced practitioners. Each class is infused with a touch of mysticism as Lani blends classical yoga, Advaita Vedanta and Sufi teachings with somatic practices to encourage her students to explore the mind body connection, to feel each movement from within, to breathe, to accept, to let go and to feel free within the body. Qualifications: She holds a 500-hour RYT Certificate as a Hridaya hatha yoga and meditation instructor and she is also a 200hr certified Yin yoga instructor.
