What to expect

A 4-course degustation menu to celebrate the opening of Spanda!

Fine-dining food conciously prepared, the menu will be vegetarian, healthy and gut activating from our friends at Vaha Urban Farm, Tim & Meagan Kershaw.

They grow their own produce here in Hilton, and are passionate about sustainable, gut-reviving, tongue and cell-making-dancing food.

Ava will set the space weaving through silent meditations to drop us into an evening of community and eating.

Vaha Urban Farm

The evening will weave through talks and cuisine from Tim Kershaw.

 Tim has worked for Niel Perry and George Colombaris in Melbourne and England. Learning everything  he could from the exuberant world of fine dining, he continues his personal journey of education and evolution, inspired to revolutionise the way food production and service can really make a difference to our wellbeing and the planets. Ava is the main teacher and founder of Spanda School. Her main offering is yoga classes, tantra courses and meditation retreats. She has dedicated herself wholly to awakening, service and the pursuit of knowledge.
