What is Breathwork?

Different from the yogic pranayama practice, Conscious Breathwork is a modern, transformational tool that allows practitioners to tap in much more easily to the energetic, emotional, astral and mental aspects of the being.
Our breathing is a unique system in our body: it is both a subconscious and conscious activity, and an incredible tool for meditation, insights and journeying. Conscious Breathe practices allow us to tap below the surface into the layers of the individual and collective subconscious mind.

Usually preformed as a ‘journey’, Senaja is one of the best at guiding this interesting and informative practice.

What to expect

Senaja has a gentle, caring nature and holds a safe space for her breathers to journey freely.

When we commit to a full, connected breath pattern, we allow for a variety of experiences to be felt on various levels. After the breathing practice reaches a peak, each person is left to let go, relax and fall into a journey. One side effect is detoxing. As our cells become charged with oxygen through the breathwork they oscillate faster. Our sense of awareness becomes vastly expanded. The emotional matter that has been stored in our tissues has the opportunity to be released – literally shaken out. Detoxing the density! Also our physical selves become fed and renewed with nutritious oxygen while the waste matter is expelled.

Did you know that 70% of the toxins in your body are released through your breath? Our breath is our primary system for elimination, the second is the skin.

Conscious Breathwork allows a breather to go deep within themselves and through personal inquiry create their worlds from awareness. The journey often visits states of unbounded expansion, issues wanting resolve or blissful love.

Each session is uniquely different, yet there is always a heightened sense of sensitivity and awareness usually lasting days after the event.

Through this series we will embrace the key qualities of Trust, Commitment, Kindness and Grounding. Collectively this ignites our soul to lovingly empower ourselves with aware confidence.

‘Senaja you are great, honest and real as you guide us in the session and very supportive.
The experience is different each time, as the session is breathing and not talking I find that the mind stops getting all the attention and the body takes over.
What I mean by this, is the truth of what is happening for me (good or bad) is allowed to come forth and be released.
So when I came out of the session I was relieved and relaxed at not having to WORK IT OUT…as such.
Instead I just lie down and breathe.

Who is Senaja?

Senaja is an international Breathworker who has a goal to globally share the gifts of consciously breathing in our wholeness. Drawing on 20 years experience with transformational, energy and breathwork, she feels our own breath is the core element to making lasting change in ourselves.

Originally from and currently in Perth Australia, Senaja delights in lovingly facilitating group and private sessions in the Alchemy of Breath.

Senaja has a BA in Communications and Cultural Studies, has studied Sacred Silence with Gary Samer, Modern Mysteries with Shankari the Alchemist, School with Ramtha, Clarity Breath with Dama Dana Devi and Ashana Solaris and Alchemy of Breath with Anthony Abbagnanao.
