What to expect
- During this session we will sooth our pain through gentle exercise, mindfulness and meditation techniques.
- We will use some basic tools that you can take home and implement into your daily life to help reduce and manage your own pain levels.
- We will explore the science behind what is pain, and how these techniques can help
Donations will be gratefully received towards the use of the studio.
