Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga postures that has developed in the last 30 years.
Vinyasa incorporates ‘asana’ or postures from Hatha yoga, modern movement techniques, physical anatomy, and the sun salutations. It tones, detoxes and strengthens the physical body, preparing us for meditation.
Nadine is one of the best Vinyasa teachers in Perth and we are delighted to have her teaching this style at Spanda. She incorporates a 10-15minute silent meditation at the end/ the option to take a long savasana (resting on the back).
