Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle, nurturing class with long, static poses targeting the connective tissues and meridians. This class brings a refreshing change from ‘yang’, or outward effortful, activities.

The session incorporates a meditative aspect and is suitable for beginners.

Props are used to support deep muscle relaxation with a focus on body awareness, mindfulness, self-love and acceptance. Each class incorporates meditation and breathing. Suitable for all levels, ages and backgrounds.
