2hr Yin Yoga

Monthly 2hr yin immersions ~1st Sunday of the month 10am – 12pm 

A class to get deeply connected with your yin side; a balance for our more active muscular yang activities.

Long held, gentle asana to move you inside yourself. Working with the connective tissues and meridians, incorporating pranayama and meditation.

Classes rotate through the year to reflect the seasons, associated elements and meridians.

A beautiful way to unwind, relax and leave feeling connected to your inner self and the world around.
