20hr Yin Yoga Training

Join us for a 4 day course in July 2018 that will explore the revolutionary practice of Yin Yoga.
Designed to work deep into the connective tissue, promoting chi-flow through the meridians, Yin is one of the most restorative, healing and balancing practices around.
International teacher trainer Danielle Mercer will visit us again for this immersion, which is a yoga alliance certified teacher training course. However its open to anyone wishing to go deeper into their own practice, yoga philosophy, or to share these simple tools with others. The way Danielle brings this information will bring a natural revolution in your life towards more balance, rest and simplicity.

✩What is Yin Yoga?
A restorative posture practice that largely targets connective tissue, which in turn provides deep regeneration of the muscles, organs and systems they support. Yin Yoga is accessible for beginners and advanced practices, and moves beyond yoga as aerobics but yoga as a profound practice of healing the body. Because of the huge balancing effect, to our yang lifestyles, Yin yoga provides the key to joyful and easier meditations.

✩This Teacher Training Course:
This 4 day immersion is suitable for beginners wanting to learn yin, yogis wanting to deepen their practice and knowledge, and teachers wanting to expand their skills and teaching range.

We will discuss key Yin Yoga principles and philosophy as well as the physical, energetic, and mind-bodies. We will also be discussing Eastern versus Western interpretations on the practice itself and the amazing health benefits on mind & body. We will explore how to effectively sequence your Yin class with awareness of the flow of energy (Prana) through the meridians.
