Living a low impact lifestyle goes beyond the aesthetics of eco living products. It’s about being resourceful with what already exists, whilst ensuring that we are not covering ourselves in harmful chemicals.
Join Steph (@consciousfish ) for a fun morning/afternoon of D.I.Y, tips & tricks to kickstart your journey to a more Simple, Conscious & Resourceful way of life.
What to Expect
Workshop 1 focuses on plastic & waste reduction strategies in the kitchen & grocery shopping, that go beyond the basics of reusable bottles, straws, bags and coffee cups.

We will be focusing on effective habit formation, taking a step back to thinking about the basics & exploring how we can incorporate old ways of sustainable living, with our ever so crazy modern lives.We will explore basic D.I.Ys such as deodorant and home cleaning products, making them in the studio for you to take home.

This will be a safe place. A place of no judgment. This journey is NOT about perfection. It’s about small, incremental steps that help facilitate healthy, lifestyle habits that benefit our planet, but most importantly ourselves.

Cost

$30 per person, snacks and all DIY products included ($25 concession).

Hi, I'm Steph and I grew up on a tiny Island in the Mediterranean called Cyprus.
Growing up by the sea, I witnessed the damaging effects of climate change and plastic pollution, first hand.
After completing high school, I moved to Australia to pursue a career in Marine Biology, completing my BSc in Melbourne & MBiolSc in Perth.
