I first started meditating in my early 20’s. However, my yoga journey started as a student at Spanda School. I showed up for the first meditation course when they opened their premise in White Gum Valley.
I connected with Spanda School firstly through sharing a love for meditation and secondly through the discovery of yoga as a pure form of moving meditation.
I feel strongly drawn towards Jnana yoga and Bhakti yoga and infuse their pointings throughout classes. I believe that yoga creates the unique space for their profound contemplation.
I believe the pure joy and release made possible through yoga is something everyone can cultivate and make part of their daily lives.
My intention with every class is to create a safe space where together we can dive deeply into meditation and movement allowing us to feel into the truth of our own existence.
