Danielle loves challenging her students with self-inquiry and the art of stillness. She has chosen to dedicate her life to inspiring others to venture outside of their comfort zones. She is extremely energetic and passionate about the practice and has her RYT-500 (E-RYT 200 and RYT-300) in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, and Yin. She is also certified as a Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance (YACEP). She has taught and practiced different styles of yoga all over the world. She introduced a Power Flowing Vinyasa studio to Western Australia, and it was there that she ironically developed a love for Yin yoga.
She later sold the Vinyasa studio to continue her passion for teaching around the world and gaining a better understanding of Yin and it’s effects on the mind and body. Coming from a fitness background, she started to notice the positive effects on her body when she balanced her very Yang lifestyle, with a Yin practice.
She completed her Yin training under Yin Yoga Master, Bernie Clark. Danielle decided this was something she needed to share with others, feeling that people could benefit from learning this balance of Yin and Yang energies. She now takes her Yin Teaching Curriculums to different studios, teaching the benefits of incorporating Yin into any lifestyle. Danielle’s training takes a very practical approach to the explanation of the effects of Yin on the Mind, Energy, and Physical bodies. Her training has been said to help many people develop a love for stillness and overall self-acceptance.
She is experienced in teaching all levels of Yogis and has practiced and taught different styles of yoga during her travels of the world. Throughout practicing, she has found yoga to truly be a moving meditation that is essential in balancing a happy and healthy lifestyle.
