I found Hatha Yoga and meditation about 3 years ago, these were the tools that helped me transform my life into what it is today. I don’t go more than a couple of days without practicing.
I am totally hooked on the way these practices keep developing me into the best version of myself.
Stepping out of fear and into love is how my life looks these days, and sharing the wisdom I have learnt along the way is my passion. My purpose is to help people understand and have awareness around self-love and acceptance of who they are, as they are.
I am currently studying Holistic Counselling to help deepen my own understanding of guiding and healing through an approach that I believe needs more awareness in our daily society. My yoga classes will be a blend of traditional Hatha Yoga as my certification is predominantly an Agama & Hridaya style of yoga. I look forward to sharing this beautiful practice with you.
