I discovered yoga at the end of 2007, it was a week long ayurveda + yoga + meditation course through the Art of Living with my Grandfather. We learnt a lot about the power of the breath and healing yourself physically and emotionally. He taught be a lot about the power of crystals, oils, reflexology, Chinese medicine, panic food and herbs etc growing up. It was an amazing experience that influences my life today. Since then I have tried many styles of yoga and meditation, taught around the North Island of New Zealand, taught in Mexico, USA and in Perth. Perth is now my home where I spend a lot of time outside, hanging out with beautiful souls and go on lots of bush walks with Brodie and Greg.
I love all styles of yoga and practice a balance of yoga styles. I believe your practice is your own and however you find your “union” is your journey, and if I can be apart of that journey I love to be of service and to help anyone who asks. I love Spanda Yoga School and what it stands for. It’s such a beautiful strong community who practices yoga (‘union’) together and I am so excited to share what I know with you, but also learn more about you.
