The Spanda team are collaborating to share their wisdom in a series of seasonal 1 day retreats, held quarterly, at the commencement of each season.
With a sensory theme and seasonal focus you will be guided to ground, centre and step forward with new or remembered awareness on your diet, movement, mental wellbeing and creativity.
These will be educational and experiential retreats and will include lunch.
And of course, there will be yoga and meditation in each retreat!
