Mokosh Flow stands for beautiful feminine energy movement representing Slavic Yoga integrated with breathing and meditation techniques. The aim is to get into a state of 'bodyfulness' - coming home to your body.
Slavic Yoga focuses on pelvic floor muscles and women's health through slow meditative exercises. There are 27 positions, each day has its own 7 exercises called "Set of the Day" which are calculated according to Slavic horoscope and moon and sun phases.
