Join us for 3 Sunrise classes across the week and feel the difference an early morning routine can make. Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday 615am-715am.
This is a 1 month commitment and cannot be purchased individually at the discount price*. We want to help you build a sweet morning routine so you can see and feel the difference it makes!
*The sunrise series 615am classes at Spanda School are available to members as part of our normal timetable. Individual classes can be purchased at our normal studio rates.
