        TEACHERS

        In this workshop you will gain a greater understanding of different ways to improve your overall health, including:
        ♡ breathing techniques
        ♡ meditations
        ♡ self directed movement
        ♡ sounding with purpose.

        You will develop a deeper knowledge of journaling with motive, intention setting, self massage for circulation, skin brushing and oil dressing.

        Ideally we practice several of these skills daily to help maintain optimal mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well being.
