If it’s been a while since you came to see us, please be aware we have moved to 24C South Street.

We are now on the corner of South Street & South Terrace, just back from the lights – grey building, upstairs (our old Spanda home!).

Note – Please allow enough time to find parking and walk a short way and still have 5 mins before class start time to set up your mat etc
