If it’s been a while since your last visit, we are now at 24C South Street.

You can find us on the corner of South Street & South Terrace, just back from the lights – grey building, upstairs (our old Spanda home!).

There is plenty of free parking in the area along South Street & South Terrace and the side streets. Please check time limits.

Note – Please allow enough time to find parking and walk a short way and still have 5 mins before class start time to set up your mat etc
