        Receive all sessions live via Zoom.

        Book an Airbnb, meet in a shared space, or set up under the trees.
        Practice together while receiving Ava’s live guidance.

        🪷 In the studio (limited spots):
        Join us at Spanda School in Fremantle where Kate will facilitate & project Ava in studio - complete with all props, refreshments, co-regulation and community.
