        Join Shanan and Danielle for a 90-minute journey into deep rest, held in the warm, nurturing space of Spanda on a Saturday evening.

        Through fully supported Restorative Yoga postures and immersive sound healing, you’ll be guided into a state of profound relaxation where the body can soften and the mind can settle.

        The gentle layering of sound and stillness helps to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural capacity to restore and heal.

        This is your invitation to pause, to be held, and to simply receive.
