        Yin & Massage is a 90min experience with Nea & Kate - the perfect unwind from a week of life demands and digital distractions.

        Yin Yoga postures with massage and gentle, guiding touch facilitates the release of mental and physical tension that, for many, we do not realise we are carrying.

        Tension is a manifestation of postural, environmental and of mental influences (the chaos of our inner (mind) and outer (environment) landscapes). This nurturing event encourages the release and softening of our whole being - presenting us with the opportunity to connect deeper with the heart.
