Our 200hr Functional Flow Yoga Teacher Training is an 8mth training commencing in Oct 2024 with access to online modules as soon as you book.
Park Yoga
Join us on Saturday's 8-9am for Park Yoga under the trees by the lake in beautiful Booyeembara park.
From Saturday, 7th December you can join our Spanda teachers and community in a beautiful nature setting for an hour of mindfulness and therapeutic movement. Classes will be held each week until the end April (weather permitting) unless otherwise notified.
SUNRISE SERIES
Our Sunrise Series vinyasa classes are offered 3 times per week - Mon, Wed & Fri at 6.15am. Attend any class individually at normal studio prices or as part of a membership - or - buy a Sunrise Series Pass: $119 for 12 Sunrise classes in a month.
