        By proceeding payments with Spanda School the participant releases the Retreat/Training Organisers and its representatives from all responsibility and liability.


        1. You understand that you are entirely responsible for your own personal safety, property, health, and mental, physical, emotional, and general well-being during and after the training.
        2. You release the Retreat/Training Organisers and their representatives, and any of their employees, assistants, and affiliates, of any liability for any injuries or damages mentally or physically you or any of your family members might incur during or after the Retreat/Training. ​​
        3. You understand that the training is not medical in nature. The Retreat/Training is not involved with the treatment of disease of any kind and does in no way substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
        4. You hold the Retreat/Training Organisers harmless for anything that might happen to you or to your possessions on this Retreat/Training.
        5. You understand that no health insurance nor travel insurance nor medical evacuation insurance is provided by the Retreat/Training Organisers, and, if you wish to be insured, you have to do this yourself.​


        Under rare circumstances, including natural disasters in the area our retreat/training is hosted, or for other unforeseen reasons, Spanda School reserves the right to cancel a program at any time, in which case, you will receive a full refund. ​


        1. The cancellation policy below applies to all bookings residential and non-residential
        • Cancellations 90 days before start date will receive a FULL refund minus $80 admin fee
        • Cancellations 60 days before start date will receive a full refund minus deposit
        • Cancellations 30 days before start date will NOT receive a refund.
        1. If you are dissatisfied with a Retreat/Training please speak to the facilitator or administration staff, however our policy states NO REFUND will be given if you do not show up, if you leave a Retreat/Training early for any reason or if you attend a Retreat/Training and are dissatisfied with it’s presentation and content.
        2. The bookings/monies paid are not transferable to another Retreat/Training.
