        An offering of peaceful and therapeutic massage in studio at Spanda School.


        Swedish Massage (Whole Body Relaxation Massage)

        Swedish massage is designed to relax the nervous system and bring flow and energy back into the body. Using a flowing mixture of soft and deep tissue manipulation this treatment is great for general tightness and stress relief.

        Remedial Massage (Remedy) 

        A healing massage that focuses on clients specific issues or injuries cause by work, sport, postural imbalance or repetitive strain. Remedial massage uses a variety of techniques; Trigger point release, deep tissue massage, myofacial release techniques, active and passive stretching.

        Pregnancy Massage

        A nurturing massage to relieve tension and bring a relaxing experience to the women who deserve to be cared for. Focusing on releasing tension in the lower back, hips, shoulders and feet.

        About Isla

        Isla began her studies in remedial massage in 2017 and has since been fascinated in the human body and its ability to heal itself.  Using a range of techniques; trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue massage, Isla creates a relaxing and nurturing treatment that encourages the body to release tension and bring balance and alignment back to the musculoskeletal system.

        Her passion lies in making sure each individual client’s needs are met and catered for whether it be; release of pain, rehabilitation of an injury, stress relief, posture alignment or bringing attention and awareness back into the body.

        Isla is not only interested in the lasting effects that each treatment brings but also making sure to educate her clients so they can prevent future stresses on the body. Currently completing her Yoga teacher training here at Spanda, Isla can recommend a variety or stretches and techniques that will promote healing and bring energy back into the body.
