A private session is a way of quickly opening up the potential of our subconscious mind to receive, and enjoy yoga! In a tailored session just for you, we address any calling of the physical, energetic, emotional, mental or causal body. Expect to learn a little bit more about yourself, the practice, and gain something you can take home. Home studio and equipment provided.
Sessions include, but are not limited to, yoga, meditation and well-being mentoring. These can be tailored for any practitioner, including absolute beginners as well as for yoga teachers/ other practitioners. These sessions create a safe space to absorb ancient wisdom from Buddhism, taoism, nutrition, ayurveda, psychology, parapsychology, modern spirituality and natural medicine.
