‘Mindful in May’ is a 4 week introductory course on core skills and practices in mindfulness meditation.
If you’ve been curious about how to start a meditation practice, or how to be “more mindful”, or you have already been practicing for a while and would like to learn more, here is an opportunity to join a welcoming inclusive environment and learn together how to practice.
In 4 consecutive weekly 60 min sessions you will receive a teaching talk, a mindfulness meditation practice period, Q&A session and a chance to connect for peer support with a community of other like minded individuals who face similar challenges. Skills and support will be offered to begin building a regular home practice for ongoing benefits.
